Welcome to The North Pole Sun™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it. The Site is operated by The North Pole Sun™ ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. Our products are novelty paper goods, including a fictional Christmas-themed newspaper intended for use as gift wrap, gift-wrap sheets, and gift tags. All content in our products is fictional and created for entertainment and decorative purposes only; it is not intended to represent real news, events, or persons.

We make every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual color or appearance of the printed product. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the quantity of any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Correction of Errors

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information, including pricing, availability, and product descriptions, at any time without prior notice.

Despite our best efforts, a product on the Site may occasionally be mispriced or contain a typographical error. If a product's correct price is higher than the price listed, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you. We are not obligated to honor any order placed at an incorrect price.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) subject to these Terms. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation or ship the product. All content on the Site and in our products, including but not limited to the fictional newspaper design and layout, articles and written copy, illustrations, artwork, photographs, logos, the "The North Pole Sun™" name and brand, and the overall look and feel, is the property of The North Pole Sun™ or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Products are sold for personal use only. You may not reproduce, copy, scan, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from any of our products or content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Site and our products at your own risk.
