Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with The North Pole Sun™. We want you to love your order — if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. Requests made after this window may not be eligible.

Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Because our products are paper goods, items that have been opened, used, written on, cut, folded, or otherwise altered cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at bryn.mcgrath@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for our reply and return instructions before shipping anything back. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
For standard returns (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping (see below).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us at bryn.mcgrath@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any related shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, opened, or altered (unless damaged or defective)
- Items returned without prior authorization

Exchanges
If you'd like a different product, the fastest way is to request a return for your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
