Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The North Pole Sun™. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order. This policy applies to orders placed through our online store.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
Shipping time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
So you know: please allow roughly 8–12 business days total from order to delivery.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During peak holiday periods, processing may take longer — please see the note on ordering early below.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS. The available shipping methods and options are displayed at checkout so you can choose what works best for you.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. If we begin offering international shipping in the future, options will appear at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. The total shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery time is separate from and in addition to order processing time.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods (especially around the holidays) can affect actual delivery dates.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at bryn.mcgrath@yahoo.com and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships — though we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our hands and is handed to the carrier, it is in the carrier's care. While we're not responsible for carrier delays, we want you to have a great experience — if your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at bryn.mcgrath@yahoo.com and we'll help you resolve it.

For damaged items, please keep the original packaging and, if possible, send us a photo so we can assist you and file any necessary claim with the carrier.

A Note on Ordering Early (Holiday Product)

Our products are seasonal and especially popular during the holidays, when both order volume and carrier delivery times increase. To make sure your order arrives in time for your gift-giving, we strongly encourage you to order early. We are not able to guarantee delivery by any specific date.
